October visits

Recently, I’ve been visiting gardens that I worked on last year, to see how they’ve developed and how the planting has established.  I’m pleased with how this lake-front garden is settling in, still looking lovely even in October.

Jobs for October

It’s the time of year when the garden is starting to look a little tatty, and in need of a firm hand.

Here are some suggestions of what to do now, to continue enjoying your garden into the late autumn.
